The Youth Services Division includes the Clerical Units I and II, Investigations I and II, Court and Community Schools, Programs and Supports, Placement, Metro Supervision, Regional Supervision, and Re-entry Supervision.

Combined, these units provide pre-screen and investigative services to the Juvenile Court, supervision of juvenile probationers who reside in the regional areas of Kern County, home supervision and electronic monitoring, and evidence-based treatment to youth throughout Kern County.
